Elit Creative ("we", "us",
or "our") develops and publishes our mobile games
("Services" or "App"). We respect your privacy and are
committed to being transparent about our practices regarding your data.
This Privacy Policy explains how your data is
collected, used, and shared when you use our Services. This policy states that
we do not directly store your personal data, but our advertising and analytics
partners may process certain data.
1. Information We Collect
You do not need to create an account or
provide us with personal information such as name, email, or phone number to
use our Services. However, certain data is automatically processed for the
operation of the service and ad delivery.
a. Data Received Directly from You:
- Customer Support: If you contact us via email, the content you send us and your
contact information (your email address) are processed solely for the
purpose of resolving your issue.
b. Automatically Collected Data: When you use our Services, certain information about your device and
game usage may be collected automatically. This data generally does not
directly identify you personally but may identify your device:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version (Android/iOS), language
settings, time zone, IP address.
- Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID) or iOS Advertising Identifier
(IDFA). These IDs are used by ad networks to provide you with
interest-based ads.
- In-Game Data:
Your game progress, achievements, and in-game interactions.
- Diagnostic Data:
App crash reports (Crash logs) and performance data.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected (or processed by our
business partners) data for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To make the game playable, troubleshoot technical issues, and
ensure the game runs smoothly.
- Advertising and Marketing: Since our game is offered for free, we display third-party ads to
cover costs. Your data (especially Ad IDs) is used to serve you more
relevant ads (personalized ads).
- Analytics and Improvement: To understand how the game is played, adjust difficulty levels,
and improve the user experience.
- Push Notifications: We may send notifications to your device to inform you about
game-related updates, reminders, or in-game rewards. You can turn this off
at any time in your device settings.
- Purchases: If
you make an in-app purchase (IAP), transactions take place via Google Play
Store or Apple App Store. We do not see or store your financial
information (credit card, etc.). We only receive transaction confirmation
information for the delivery of the purchased item.
3. Who We Share Information With
Since we do not directly store data, we do
not "sell" your data. However, we have technical integrations with
the following service providers for the application to function:
- Ad Networks and Mediation: We use the IronSource LevelPlay mediation platform and the
following ad networks for ad display in our game. These providers may
collect and process your data in accordance with their own privacy
policies:
- IronSource
- Google AdMob / YouTube
- Unity Ads
- Meta (Facebook) Audience Network
These partners may use device identifiers to
measure ad effectiveness and prevent fraud.
- Analytics Providers: We may use Unity Analytics, Firebase, or similar tools to monitor
game performance.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
There is no user account or database held by
us.
- Deletion of Data: Since we do not collect personal data, there is no "Delete
My Account" button. When you remove (uninstall) the game from your
device, the game data kept locally on your device is deleted.
- Advertising Data: To cut the link regarding data collected by ad networks, you can
limit ad tracking via your device settings ("Reset Advertising
ID" or "Opt out of Personalized Ads" for Google;
"Tracking Permission" for iOS).
5. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children
under the age of 13 (or the applicable age limit according to local laws) (not
marketed as "Directed to Children"). We do not knowingly collect
personal data from children. If you are a parent and realize that your child
has provided us with data, please contact us.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Ad Tracking: You
can disable ad tracking from your device's settings menu.
- Notifications:
You can turn off push notifications in device settings.
- Access: Since
there is no personal data shared with us (as there is no account system),
we cannot provide you with a data dump. However, for your rights regarding
our advertising partners, you can refer to their privacy policies.
